The forms below explain the program requirements in more detail and are required to be returned on or before the start date of the class you choose.
Students and Parents please review the Traffic Safety Agreement and Classroom Policies and Procedures forms together. Both need to be signed by the Student and their Guardian. Please mail the signed documents with the enrollment form. As always feel free to call for any clarification needed or with any questions you may have regarding our program
Student Driver Instruction Permits.
Upon enrollment in the class each student who does not possess a permit or a Washington State ID Card is required to pre-apply online @www.dol.wa.gov to obtain a confirmation ID# which All Seasons is required to activate to obtain an Instructional Permit. Permits can be issued as early as 10 days prior to the start of the class that you chose. We will activate your code at the time of enrollment or on the first day of the course.
A valid permit is needed to complete this Traffic Safety Education Course and can be obtained from the Department of Licensing after the above procedure is accomplished. Each applicant will need to provide the required identification and documentation at the Department of Licensing and pay the required fees. (currently $25.00)
